We audit one workflow with the TRACE method: Talk, Record, Analyse, Classify, Engineer. £497 plus VAT, credited against the Build if you go on.
2. Build
Typically six weeks from Blueprint sign-off. The system is wired into the software you already run, such as your CRM, inbox, calendar and project board.
3. Train
Your team learns how the system works, when to trust it and when a person should step in.
4. Run and Review
Typical running cost for a small business system is £150 to £300 a month in AI credits. We set this out in the Blueprint and review results with you.
